Hosting
Hosting plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee for new accounts. Cancel any time thereafter and billing stops at the end of the current month.
Website projects
Deposits cover discovery, design and scheduling and are non-refundable once work begins. If we have not started, the deposit is fully refundable.
Marketing retainers
Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice. Ad spend already committed to platforms cannot be refunded.
